The fore-body of Tongxiang Jiapeng Needle Co., Ltd. is Tongxiang Zhicun Woollen Sweaters Factory, which was founded in 1992 and restructured into Tongxiang Jiapeng Needle Co., Ltd. in April 2003. With an occupied floor area of around 10,000 sq. meters and factory building area of about 6,458 sq. meters, we now have 170 units of 16-needle flat machines, 60 units of 12-needle flat machines, 80 units of 11-needle hand flat machines as well as over 300 employees. We have done Fixed Mark Processing of wollen sweaters (mainly 48S, single)for Shanghai Kaikai Company, for 12 years. Since 1997, we have been processing thin-type T-shirts (long-sleeve and short-sleeve) for Nanjing Haiermansi Group Co., Ltd. Since 2003, we have started Fixed Mark Processing of wollen sweaters for Shanghai JinKun Shield Textiles and Fuguiniao Group Corporation. In 2006, we imported 16 rapier looms from Italy for the making of silk fabrics (06s', 16s', 60s') and crepe stain plain, which are all in great demand around China.
