Established in 1992, our factory specializes in producing spinneret with imported equipment and manufacturing technique from Japan. It is a specialty manufacturer supporting domestic chemical fiber equipment manufacturers and imported chemical fiber equipment manufacturers.

Our factory has a complete specification of spinnerets. Circular plate is ranged from ¦Õ50mm to ¦Õ800mm, rectangular plate can be produced to 4m and pores of single spinneret can reach 100,000. Spinneret caliber includes circular hole, single etc.. Aperture ratio can reach 1:10.

Our factory invited many professors from China Textile University to design and develop new products for clients, such as three-dimensional 3D mesopore, three-dimensional 7D mesopore, three-dimensional 15D mesopore.
